Extraordinarily influential Lower East Side mastermind who cross-pollinated music and street art with philosophy. He co-conspired on 80s projects with Basquiat; was dissected by The Beastie Boys and Cypress Hill and gave birth to Afrofuturism. Much of his work remains below the radar.
