Her role in the Netflix hit Orange Is The New Black brought her into the mainstream but she has been around for years. She was an instant hit on the San Francisco comedy scene in the early 1990s and launched a new era in comedy when she opened her Arsenio Hall Show monologue with the now infamous, "It's the 1990s ... It's hip to be queer, and I'm a bi-i-i-i-ig dyke!" She's been a staple on the Provincetown scene ever since. She buys her double ended dildos and other stage props at Shop Therapy.
